One-on-One Session
A private session offers the most individualized, focused, and effective Pilates experience. With personalized instruction, eye-to-detail, hands-on adjustments, and tailored workouts, you can address your unique fitness goals, correct imbalances, recover from injury, and improve your overall movement quality. Since the exercises are customized to your body and goals, a One-on-one session can accelerate your progress. You will get more time to work on specific areas that need improvement (whether it’s flexibility, core strength, or mobility), and you’ll have the benefit of constant guidance to help you push through plateaus.
Duet Session
Working out in a duet setting offers a great blend of motivation and accountability. Having a workout partner can push you to stay committed, encourage each other, and make the session more challenging. Duet sessions typically focus on equipment like the Reformer, Wunda Chair or Cadillac, which provide the opportunity for both participants to work with specialized Pilates tools while still receiving individual adjustments. Both participants can use different springs, settings, and variations to suit their fitness levels and goals, ensuring that everyone is challenged appropriately.
Trio Session
These sessions allow for 3 clients per session. The equipment adds an element of intensity that might be difficult to achieve in mat Pilates alone. This can lead to quicker results in terms of strength gains, muscle toning, and improved flexibility. For athletes, Trio Pilates provides an excellent way to improve functional strength, balance, and endurance. The equipment enhances your ability to stabilize your core and work through full-body movements, which can directly benefit performance in sports like padel, golf, or running. The integration of multiple pieces of equipment ensures that the workout remains diverse, challenging, and effective, making it suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. The key benefits of a Trio session are to drive discipline and commitment, boost endurance, and create a healthy and energetic atmosphere.

Core Activation
Pilates focuses on the postural, spinal and pelvic alignment which helps one to develop a strong centre. If you can envisage a corset around the body, this is what we are trying to create naturally by stretching and strengthening diverse muscles. It includes not just the superficial abdominals but the deep stabilizing muscles that wrap around your torso. All movements stem from the core so by firming it up, this will transpire into other areas of the body; shaping and toning lean muscles, refining balance, coordination and posture, and conditioning the mental core too.

Rehabilitation
Pilates is the purest form of oxygenating the blood, stimulating the circulatory system whilst releasing endorphins responsible for the “feel-good” factor. The immune system is thus given a boost and provides greater resistance to disease and illnesses. You know you are living your dream when your deepest passion transpires into reality. I believe that the key to balancing a happy body, mind and soul comes from a deeper understanding of how and what your body needs to function at its optimum.
After training as a regular client at a Pilates studio, I began realising that my holistic approach to overall health and a uniformly sound body and mind lead me to a dynamic calling. I took my love for Pilates to the next level and was trained by a second generation Joseph Pilates instructor, which tutorship culminated in me becoming a qualified Classical Pilates instructor in 2014.
My vision and approach to a flawless Classical Pilates technique is to use the correct tools and equipment for your body. I specialise in One-on-One, Duet and Trio sessions, whereby I consult with my clients to establish personalised, tailored goals with the vision of achieving optimal results, whether it be for toning, muscle and core endurance, increased flexibility or to strengthen and/or rehabilitate injured areas of the body. Bespoke programmes are carefully crafted on a per client basis and is cognisant of the necessity to nourish those needs through the activation of poised posture, correct breathing and complete core awareness and control.
